FETHI ARDA (Elazig - 1934)
From 1952-58, he went to the IDGSA Painting Department and studied under Halil Dikmen and Zeki Kocamemi. His first individual exhibition was held in 1959 in Istanbul. In 1965 he became an assistant at the Fine Arts Academy Painting Department, where he worked for four years under Sabri Berkel, during which he continued to work in the workshop of E. Vedova in Salzburg. From 1967-68 he studied under H.Goedz in Paris. In 1981 he retired as consultant-artist from the Ministry of Public Works. He continues his works in Ankara.

Awards: 1958 Sabit Karamani Awards (Awards in the Painting Disciple), 1969 STC Painting Competition First Mention, 1973 DYO Exhibition Mention, 1982 2. TPAO Atatürk Painting Competition 1st Prize Award, 1984 Institution of Arts Artist of the Year, 1986 47. DRHS Success award.
